PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods (launches, drops, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Canada and the United States only.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

Canada

  • Delivery Time: 6 to 15 business days
  • Shipping Fee: $10 CAD flat rate
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $180 CAD

USA

  • Delivery Time: 6 to 15 business days
  • Shipping Fee: $7 USD flat rate
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $150 USD

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Murch is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they are marked as delivered.

If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at murchandiseco@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
