Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- Free of stains, odors, or damage
Refunds
We do not offer refunds.
All approved returns will be issued as store credit
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return your order for store credit and place a new order once your return has been processed.
Final Sale Items
All items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at murchandiseco@gmail.com with photos. Our team will review your case and provide an appropriate resolution.
